Q: What format of document is accepted?
A: The platform accepts standard text based documents:
- Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc)
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
- Open Document (.odt)
- Rich Text Format (.rtf)
Alternatively, employers may paste a job description directly into the text box.
Steps to post a job:
- Click the “Add a Job” button in the top right corner of the interface.
- Simply “Drag and Drop” the Job Description.
- Confirm the Job Title
- Confirm the location (city), where you are looking for candidates
- Confirm Compensation
- Questionnaire (optional): The employer has the option to provide some additional private questions to be answered by the jobseeker.
- Select “See Matches” to instantly see a list of candidates that are available and potentially qualified for the role. Clickable controls are circled in red in the screenshot below
